The ramp from northbound Interstate 5 to State Route 167 in Pierce County is fully blocked because of an overturned dump truck.
Commuters who need to access SR-167 from I-5 can use the Portland Avenue exit.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the back-left tire of the trailer ruptured, causing the driver to lose control.
The rear left tire of the trailer ruptured and caused the driver to lose control and eventually overturning on the off-ramp.
