All lanes of SR 18 reopen after semi-truck, motorcycle collision near Tiger Mountain

All lanes of SR 18 near Tiger Mountain have reopened after a semi-truck and motorcycle collision.
Both the motorcycle rider and passenger were transported to Overlake Hospital. The passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and the rider had “less injuries,” according to the Washington State Patrol.
UPDATE 2: All westbound lanes of SR 18 just west of Tiger Mountain Summit have reopened. The left lane of eastbound SR 18 has also reopened while the right lane remains blocked.

The collision occurred at approximately 8:55 a.m., the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) announced.
Washington State Patrol (WSP) Trooper Rick Johnson noted that the motorcyclist has serious injuries. Witnesses of the collision explained that the semi-truck forced the motorcycle into the barrier.
UPDATE: Both directions of SR 18 just west of Tiger Mountain Summit (MP 23) are blocked due to a collision.
Emergency crews are on scene. Expect delays.

Emergency crews are currently on the scene, and lengthy delays are expected.
WSDOT noted that Issaquah-Hobart Road S.E. and city streets are not suitable for freight traffic.
