Our very own resident chef, Thierry Rautureau (co-host of ‘Seattle Kitchen’ on the all-new 97.3 KIRO FM weekends Saturday at 8am and Sunday at 3pm), stopped by KCTS-9!
The Chef in the Hat offered a live mushroom and salmon omelette demonstration.
Some takeaways from the demo:
-Cook your omelette with butter!
-Caramelize your onions with butter!
-Your breakfasts should be cooked with butter!
