AM 770 KTTH listeners have been asking for a local radio show. Now, they have one, in the all-new Jason Rantz Show, heard weekday mornings from 6-9 a.m., starting Sept. 5. Fresh off of three successful years at KIRO Radio, after numerous appearances including FOX News, NBC Nightly News, and KING, KIRO, and KOMO TV, Rantz now joins the Puget Sound’s premiere conservative talk station.

Why should you listen? We have a few reasons. Seven reasons, to be exact.

1. He’s your local conservative advocate

Rantz is young, single and urban — yet a passionate conservative, in the heart of one of America’s most Progressive cities. His conservative ideas are informed by what he sees around him in Seattle. Rantz knows that when you are driven by ideology, you have blinders on and it leads to disastrous policies. He sees it locally every day. He knows what it’s like being a conservative in such a progressive space and has what it takes to be your advocate.

2. He’s unafraid to take on politicians

Rantz doesn’t back down from a debate. He doesn’t need to yell or insult; he’s civil and principled, but will happily engage in a vigorous debate. He is unafraid of touching any topic with any politician, having debated issues with mayors, congressional representatives, city council members, state legislators and local activists.

3. He’s fresh and relevant

Rantz knows what’s happening in the conservative movement, is prolific in social media (follow him on Twitter and Facebook), and isn’t reading from the same tired, boring talking points for the last decade. He’s a fresh and relevant voice offering a new take on conservatism.

4. He’s fun and snarky

Oh, he embraces his snarky snide and isn’t afraid to have fun across his three hour talk show. You don’t always want pedantic monologues and talking points — there are other shows that’ll give you that. Rantz likes to take on serious topics, but also knows it’s morning drive and you’d like a little levity on your way to work.

5. He has access

Rantz knows the activists and newsmakers – on both sides of the aisle. They talk to him and, by extension, they talk to you. Ben Shapiro is a friend and regular guest. Your state legislator? Probably been on with Rantz a number of times. He has interviewed everyone from Ann Coulter, Senator Mitch McConnell and Milo Yiannopoulos to virtually the entire Washington congressional delegation. Throw in A-list celebrities and athletes like Aubrey Plaza, Clive Owen, Richard Linklater, Seth MacFarlane and Jordan Morris, and you’ve got quite an eclectic morning show. He even scored exclusives with Colton Harris-Moore and Rachel Dolezal.

Bonus: Ben Shapiro endorses him

6. He’ll get you to work on time

Sure, you want thoughtful, conservative political analysis and biting monologues, but you also need to get to work on time. Awesome. Rantz has you covered with Right Way traffic five times an hour helping you navigate through the congested morning commute.

7. He’s not stuffy or boring

Look, you have options in the morning. Rantz knows this. But he also knows some of those options can be stuffy and boring; hosts who think they’re smarter than you (and everybody else). They give you a progressive slant on the news, but pretend they’re unbiased. Oh, please. You won’t get that on the Jason Rantz Show. He’ll give you the news and conservative analysis with interesting and engaging guests. He’s bold, fresh, and local. Give him a listen weekday mornings from 6-9am.
