Semi crash shuts down I-90 in Ellensburg

A crash involving a semi-truck has shut down westbound I-90 for hours, according to the Washington State Patrol.

One person was injured.

The crash occurred around 6 a.m. near Cle Elum. The highway is closed at Ellensburg while the scene is cleared.

Debris, including sections of guardrail, is strewn across the road.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Brian Moore says it was snowing hard at the time of the injury crash.
