A semitruck carrying bananas caught fire Friday morning and is now blocking lanes on southbound I-5 in Tacoma.
The incident was near Port of Tacoma Road. As of 8:30 a.m., two lanes are still blocked.
Washington State Patrol Trooper Juan Martinez first reported the incident around 6 a.m. Friday.
The trailer was carrying a load of bananas.
