Fatal crash blocks southbound SR 99 near Lynnwood, no ETA for reopening

A fatal car crash has fully blocked southbound SR 99 early Thursday morning, the Washington State Patrol (WSP) confirmed.
The crash involved a car and a motorcyclist near Lincoln Way.
“There is no ETA for the roadway to reopen,” WSP Trooper Kelsey Harding stated on X. “Please use alternate routes while troopers on scene investigate this tragic collision.”
