Stalled semitruck blocks Hood Canal Bridge, 5-mile backups

A stalled semitruck is blocking the entrance to the Hood Canal Bridge.
The truck has been stalled for more than an hour, KIRO Newsradio confirmed.
TRAFFIC ALERT – HOOD CANAL BRIDGE: We are over an hour with a stalled semi EB 104 just before the bridge deck. It is blocking the only EB lane. EB 104 has a 5-mile back up. It is sitting on eastbound SR 104 just before the bridge deck and is blocking the only eastbound lane.
Westbound SR 104 has a 2- to 3-mile backup into Port Gamble. Northbound SR 3 is seeing a 5-mile backup.
WSDOT is alternating traffic at the east end of the Hood Canal Bridge.
