I-5 north off-ramp to West Seattle Bridge back open after semi rollover

The I-5 northbound off-ramp to the West Seattle Bridge and South Spokane Street has reopened after a semitruck rolled over.
The truck was blocking all lanes on the ramp, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Drivers were advised to expect delays and seek alternate routes.
The ramp was blocked for over two hours.
