Sound Transit’s 1 Line is temporarily suspended at Beacon Hill Station due to a mechanical issue.

Shuttle buses are now running between SODO and Mt Baker, with longer travel times expected.

Passengers heading to Angle Lake must re-board at Mt Baker, while northbound travelers to Lynnwood will switch at SODO.

“Passengers should prepare for additional travel time in both directions, and airport passengers with luggage may wish to consider alternate travel options,” Sound Transit wrote in a statement.

Riders can sign up to receive automatic email service alerts for Link light rail, ST Express bus routes, the T Line, and the Sounder N Line and S Line. Rider Alerts provide information about schedule changes and help riders plan trips around inclement weather.

This is a developing story, check back for updates
