Seattle Police searching for white Toyota Camry used in Beacon Hill fatal hit-and-run

A suspect vehicle has been identified after being involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Beacon Hill, and Seattle Police Department (SPD) detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the outstanding car.
The vehicle is described as a 1997-1999 white Toyota Camry with gold emblems and damage to the windshield, hood, and the right passenger-side headlight, SPD announced.

Details on the fatal hit-and-run in Beacon Hill
On Dec. 14, at approximately 12 a.m., SPD officers responded to reports of a collision at Beacon Avenue S. and S. Stevens Street.
At the scene, a 38-year-old man was found unresponsive in the roadway. Seattle Fire Department medics attempted life-saving measures and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
SPD secured the area and began to investigate with TCIS.
Witnesses revealed to officers that the victim was riding his bicycle across Beacon Avenue S. when a vehicle traveling southbound struck him. The driver ultimately fled the scene after the collision.
