Man found dead in Georgetown encampment, believed to be murdered

The Seattle Police Department (SPD) is investigating a homicide in Georgetown.
Around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of a body in a tent encampment in the 1000 block of South Bailey Street.
Officers found a man with apparent deadly injuries.
The Seattle Fire Department arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Officers cordoned off the area until detectives arrived to process the scene for evidence.
The King County Medical Examiner is working to determine the cause and manner of death.
No suspects have been arrested in Georgetown homicide case
Authorities are continuing to investigate. SPD noted there is no information about the suspect at this time, and police have not made any arrests.
