A heavy police presence was spotted on 1st Avenue S. at S. Spokane Street in Seattle.

The Seattle Police Department (SPD) has yet to state why multiple units were clustered in that area just before 10 a.m. Friday. Traffic was reduced to one lane in each direction.

Roads were cleared by 10:15 a.m., according to the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT).
