Police chase stolen car that ends up flipped near Tukwila gas station

Law enforcement officers pursued a woman allegedly driving a stolen car Monday morning from Des Moines to Tukwila. The car ended up flipped onto its side near a gas station, the Tukwila Police Department (TPD) reported.
The pursuit began in Des Moines, with the Des Moines Police Department (DMPD) chasing the stolen vehicle, and made its way into Tukwila, where the TPD assisted in the chase.

TPD officers deployed spike strips to slow the car down, and DMPD utilized a PIT maneuver to disable the vehicle.
The vehicle flipped onto its side and came to a stop next to an Arco AM/PM gas station on Southcenter Blvd., right next to one of the fuel pumps.
TPD noted there were no injuries as a result of the collision.
The adult female driver has been taken into custody.
