‘Performing with some incredible human beings’: Comedian Craig Gass shares his upcoming Seattle show for bullying prevention

Craig Gass, a nationally known touring comedian with decades worth of credits on television, is just one of the outstanding acts performing for bullying prevention.
Gass joined “The Jake and Spike Show” on KIRO Newsradio to share his upcoming show at the Moore Theater on Saturday at 7 p.m.
“I’m doing a show at the Moore Theater. I’m performing at a fundraiser with some incredible human beings,” he said. “Nancy Wilson from Heart is performing Heart songs at the Moore Theater. A couple of guys from the band Shinedown, the singer and guitar player, the guys from The United States of America, Ayron Jones — I’ve been hearing names that people are just showing up, that people don’t even know about that were unannounced.”
The event is called Amplify Courage, and it’s put on by a national anti-bullying organization called Stand For Courage.
“What they do is they empower and help guide school kids, help them build communities and environments of anti-bullying,” KIRO host Spike O’Neill explained.
Gass said the money raised from the show goes toward creating videos about how bullying affects people, which are then distributed to schools throughout the Pacific Northwest.
