After two years of creative begging and pleading, a 26 year old Seattle man has convinced Billy Idol to play his birthday party this Friday night at the Showbox Sodo.

Listen to the story to hear:

1. Billy Idol finally accepting Michael’s invitation.

2. Various celebrities (does Ron Jeremy really count as a celebrity?) making pleas to Billy Idol, asking him to play Michael’s party.

3. My colleagues and I sharing who we’d most like to play at our birthday parties.

4. Lots of music from Billy Idol to The Clash!
