A photoshopped image mocks the big oops online.

Listener John in Issaquah writes:

On such an important Supreme Court Decision, nobody will remember who is first to come with the news by a factor of 30 seconds!!! They will remember for years who was wrong! ie Dewey Defeats Truman by The Chicago Tribune!!!

When the Supreme Court ruling regarding the individual insurance mandate in Obamacare came down, CNN and a few other outlets first reported the mandate had been struck down.

“I’m just so glad we’re never wrong on this show,” says Luke Burbank.

“Did you see the photoshopped image going around?” asks Dave.

“Yeah, Obama is holding up an iPad that has the wrong info on it, a la the famous old photo [Dewey Defeats Truman.]”
