A congressman is making headlines for taking a naked swim in the Sea of Galilee.

Luke Burbank says alcohol was likely involved and neither he nor Dave Ross see much wrong with it.

“How much time are you supposed to spend learning about the other country on the fact-finding mission?” asks Dave Ross in a discussion of the story on Monday’s Ross and Burbank Show. “Would it be OK to say spend an eight hour day doing the fact finding and then after the fact finding is over you go to a bar, get drunk, get naked, and jump in the Sea of Galilee?”

“I don’t personally have a problem with that,” says Burbank.

A Ross and Burbank listener who knows skinny-dipping Congressman Kevin Yoder says she thinks Burbank and the congressman would actually get along great together.

MJ in Arlington writes:

I know Kevin Yoder personally. He is from my home town and he is great friends with my brother and was a member of his wedding party. Imagine my surprise to hear his name on your show this AM! Luke, you would like Kevin 🙂 Though a conservative, he is a great guy and you would like him! Sounds like he had a great time! He attended KU (I am a K-Stater) and possibly that is where the trouble began!! haha

“I knew there was something about this Yoder guy I liked,” says Luke. “Now it’s been independently confirmed by MJ.”
