Woman uses bikini to draw attention to missing dog

NBC reports a woman in San Diego stood on the street in a bikini to draw attention to photos of her missing dog.
“It’s so annoying that people don’t care when your dog is missing, because there are missing dog posters everywhere and they seem to stay there forever,” says Dave Ross.
97.3 KIRO FM guest host John Curley says this is an example of a woman capitalizing on the “power of the boob.”
“It is amazing,” said Curley, “the power of the breast, the power of the rear-end, the power of the bikini. That this woman is out here and this is news.”
Dave Ross said he doesn’t think that way, and the bit of the image that impacted him was the fact that there appears to be sun shining somewhere in the world at this time of year.

Luckily, the dog was found and turned in to a San Diego Shelter, but apparently the woman continued standing in the street with her sign.
Calls to the woman from NBC, likely to get to the bottom of that extra effort, were not returned.
