A pimp war is raging on Aurora Avenue in North Seattle. At least five drive-by shootings have occurred in the last month. Thirteen shell casings at a school bus stop. Two bullets through the wall above a five-week-old's bassinet. Fully automatic gunfire on residential streets.
Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson paused crime cameras, City Attorney Erika Evans won't enforce prostitution zones, and Debora Juarez, council member for the district, has gone quiet. And the families who live there are running out of patience.
