Angela Oliveri, a veteran retail real estate adviser with nearly 30 years of experience representing landlords and tenants across the Western United States, recently joined Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest, along with her team, to grow the retail master brokerage and advisory-services platform.

Oliveri joined Lee & Associates as a principal and director of the retail division, which includes Tej Asher, senior vice president; and Sebastian Camacho and Antonio Oliveri, both associate vice presidents. All work out of Lee & Associates’ Bellevue office.

Angela Oliveri leads a master brokerage tenant representation practice that serves as a single point of contact for national and regional tenants, coordinating with local market brokers to execute site selection and leasing in each market, according to a news release from Lee & Associates.

She has preleased more than 3 million square feet in retail projects for local and national developers, with development clients that include Simon Property Group, MainStreet Property Group, Wakefield Properties, Alliance Residential Co., Jackson Square Properties, Madison Development, Macerich Co., Terranomics, Regency Centers, Starwood Capital Group, Kite Realty, and ROIC, the release added.

Lease deals she and her team recently brokered include Flatstick Pub in Woodinville, Qamaria Coffee in Redmond, Ethan Stowell’s Tavolàta and Rubinstein Bagels in Redmond, Ballard Pizza Co. in Woodinville, and Dave’s Hot Chicken in Redmond and Issaquah.

Angela Oliveri — who has worked and lived on the Eastside for the past 28 years and grew up in the Bridle Trails neighborhood in Kirkland — also consults with landlords and retailers, providing strategic retail tenant mix, oversight of acquisitions and dispositions, tenant expansion strategy, market analytics, penetration studies, and master brokerage services.

“Angela’s resume and experience in Master Brokerage is truly a unique offering for tenants in today’s market,” Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest co-founder Chris Peterson said in the release.

Among others on the team, Asher specializes in retail investment sales, development, tenant representation, landlord representation, and land sales, with particular strength in land acquisition and off-market deals; Camacho specializes in retail leasing throughout Washington and Oregon, representing both landlords and tenants, with additional expertise in broker market penetration studies and data analytics; and Antonio Oliveri represents both landlords and tenants in retail transactions, with a focus on broker tenant and landlord relations, market research, and digital presence.
