Switzerland-based International Workplace Group is expanding its presence in Washington with five new flexible workspaces under its Regus brand, bringing the company’s total to more than 45 locations across the state.

The new branches include private offices, meeting rooms, and coworking and creative spaces for businesses ranging from startups to more established companies.

“As an important business hub, the state of Washington is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans as the need for cutting-edge flexible workspaces continues to soar and hybrid working becomes the new normal,” said Jeff Doughman, CEO for IWG in the Americas, in a press release.

The new locations are expected to open between the third quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027 in the following areas:

9208 20th Ave. SW, Seattle — Q3 20266840 Fort Dent Way, Tukwila — Q3 20266720 Fort Dent Way, Tukwila — Q3 202616201 E Indiana Ave., Spokane Valley — Q4 202614419 Redmond-Woodinville Road, Woodinville — Q1 2027

These centers are being developed through partnerships with the building owners, who are investing in IWG’s flexible workspace platform to bring Regus locations into their properties, the release noted. It added that the company signed 1,132 new locations globally in 2025 and another 382 during the first quarter of 2026.

“Our workplace model is proven to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs while providing access to thousands of locations,” added Doughman in the release.
