A $7.5 million Gig Harbor residence, dubbed the “S” house, was featured on the popular real-estate TV show, Zillow Gone Wild’s social media account last week.
The 7,916-square-foot home located at 2715 50th Avenue N.W. in Gig Harbor earned its name from the unique shape that resembles the letter “S.”
“The S House! Captivating curiosity for 30 years, Wollochet Bay’s most storied residence is revealed,” Zillow stated. “Its sweeping S-shaped design in striking white, two stories of floor-to-ceiling glass, circular courtyards, curved stairs & infinity pool are an exhilarating contrast to the lush PNW.”

‘S’ house in Gig Harbor garners national attention
Hosted by Jack McBrayer, the Zillow Gone Wild TV show is now in its second season, initially inspired by an Instagram account featuring unique homes that has grown to more than 2.2 million followers.
The “S” house, built in 1995 by Anderson Anderson, is a 0.85-acre property that includes three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a six-space parking garage, an indoor spa, and an infinity pool.
“Inside, light, water, sparkle & glamour converge in spaces finished with marble, mirrors, lucite, & gold. More than 1,100 square feet of main floor primary suite evokes the opulence of a world-class resort,” Zillow stated. “Your collection finds a showcase in a 6-bay luxury garage, and the deepwater dock welcomes your yacht. An icon of luxury — a statement to your success!”
Additionally, the Gig Harbor property provides 335 feet of waterfront on Gig Harbor’s Wollochet Bay, with enough dock space to house a 60-foot yacht.
