New Music: Mr. Oizo: ‘Solid’ feat Marilyn Manson

Irresistibly inventive French electro producer Mr. Oizo has a brand new EP for you all called Amicalement. The EP contains a scant 4 songs with one called ‘Solid’ that features vocals from everyone’s favorite forgotten goth rocker, Marilyn Manson. The chopped and screwed vocals are, well, exactly what you would expect from Mr. Oizo: completely out of left field and funny. This isn’t the first time the two have worked together. Mr. Oizo -whose actual name is Quentin Dupieux- directed Manson in a short film called Wrong Cops which, much like Oizo’s music and other films, is, at times, challenging but awesome.
