Come hungry to this Southwest, because restaurant week season is officially on the menu. From August through October, destinations across the Southwest are serving up special prix-fixe menus with chef creations for a chance to try somewhere new and delicious. Whether you’re tasting your way through Los Angeles, exploring Tucson’s UNESCO-recognized food scene or pairing fall colors with local flavors in Colorado, these restaurant weeks make a delicious excuse for a late-summer or fall getaway. Here are seven to plan a trip around.


Dine LA Restaurant Week | Aug. 14-28 | Los Angeles

“Dine LA Restaurant Week takes place twice a year and showcases Los Angeles as a premier dining destination while highlighting the diversity of culinary experiences L.A. has to offer. Enjoy special lunch and dinner menus at hundreds of local restaurants. During the Summer 2026 event, we will be promoting dine-in only. “

Sonoran Restaurant Week | Sept. 4-13 | Tucson

“Sonoran Restaurant Week is a 10-day celebration of Southern Arizona dining. Enjoy incredible breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner menus from a variety of local participating restaurants at special pricing. Sonoran Restaurant Week highlights Tucson’s City of Gastronomy designation.  Through an application process, restaurants in Tucson and Southern Arizona have been certified as 2025 Tucson City of Gastronomy Certified Restaurants to recognize and guide customers to locally owned, independent restaurants that are strongly connected to our local food system and the community, use environmentally and socially responsible business practices, and keep our food heritage alive.”

San Diego Restaurant Week | Sept. 13-20
