The 2025 edition of Spotify Wrapped was revealed on Wednesday, with a complete list of Seattle’s go-to choices for artists, songs, and albums in 2025.

Analysis of Spotify Wrapped stats in the past 5 years

Notably, Spotify’s No. 1 global artist of 2025 was Bad Bunny, the headliner for the Super Bowl Halftime Show in New Orleans.

Bad Bunny has been ranked amongst the top five U.S. artists in three of the past five years and top five globally in four of the past five years.

Taylor Swift returned as the No. 1 artist in the U.S. for the third year in a row. The last time Swift failed to be the top U.S. artist was in 2022, when Drake edged her out by one spot.

Only two artists have claimed both the No. 1 artist and No. 1 album in the U.S. since 2020, which were Taylor Swift’s 2024 album, THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT: THE ANTHOLOGY, and Juice WRLD’s Legends Never Die, according to Variety.
