Starbucks announces holiday menu with new drinks, Hello Kitty collection

With its holiday drink menu less than a month away, Seattle-based Starbucks announced an upcoming revision of its menu and new merchandise for sale this holiday season.

On Nov. 6, Starbucks will roll out its highly anticipated menu, reintroducing some of its best-selling specialty drinks and a few new additions to the 2025 roster, according to KING 5.

The latest edition of Starbucks’ holiday menu will offer six drinks, five snack options, and a limited-edition Hello Kitty merchandise collection, featuring branded coffee mugs, cups, and a plush toy.

New additions to the menu include a chestnut praline latte, an eggnog latte, and an iced gingerbread oatmilk chai.

All six holiday drinks will be available as hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.

The full Starbucks holiday drink menu includes:

  • Peppermint Mocha: Signature espresso with steamed milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint-flavored syrup, topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls.
  • Iced Sugar Cookie Latte: Sugar cookie syrup with blonde espresso, ice, and milk, topped with red and green sprinkles.
  • Eggnog Latte: Signature espresso, steamed eggnog, milk, and nutmeg topping.
  • Chestnut Praline Latte: Signature espresso, steamed milk, caramelized chestnut flavor and spice, topped with whipped cream and praline crumbs.
  • Iced Gingerbread Latte: Chai, oatmilk, and ice topped with nondairy gingerbread cold foam and spice.
  • Caramel Brulée Latte: Signature espresso with steamed milk and caramel brulée sauce, finished with whipped cream and caramel brulée topping.

Additionally, Starbucks revealed that a variety of its seasonal baked goods items and treats will return to the holiday menu, including the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, and the Snowman Cookie.

New menu items are also being released, which feature a polar bear cake pop and cinnamon pull-apart bread.

Limited-edition Starbucks, Hello Kitty collection

Starbucks and Hello Kitty have teamed up to release a variety of merchandise and collectible options this holiday season, including a plush toy dressed in the iconic Starbucks apron, tumblers, and mugs.

“Whether you’re looking for a gift for a friend or a little something for yourself, this collection makes everyday moments feel a little more joyful and every gift a little more personal,” said Kap Pitarys, director of U.S. merchandise for Starbucks

The full Starbucks Hello Kitty collection and prices include:

  • Boxed Plush: $34.95.
  • Ceramic Mug: $32.95.
  • Stainless Steel Cold Cup: $32.95.
  • Water Bottle: $29.95.
  • Cold Cup: $24.95.
  • Stainless Steel Tumbler: $32.95.

The Starbucks Hello Kitty collection will be released in coffeehouses nationwide and in Canada starting Nov. 6, while supplies last.
