Tulip Town in Mount Vernon is set to welcome visitors for the 2026 season starting March 28, offering its iconic Skagit Valley tulip experience across 30 acres of blooming fields.

More than six acres of tulips, representing more than 100 varieties, will be on display this spring.

“The mild winter and warm temperatures mean we’re likely to see blooms earlier than usual,” said Steve Johnson, Tulip Town’s farm manager.

Guests can explore the vibrant fields on foot, take a scenic loop aboard the farm’s trolley, or stroll through the display gardens sprinkled throughout the property.

Tulip Town blooms early, welcomes visitors

The 10,000-square-foot barn provides an ADA-accessible indoor space where visitors can enjoy local beer, wine, and espresso drinks while taking in tulip views. The barn also showcases artisan goods from Pacific Northwest makers, fresh-cut tulips, and a selection of bulbs that guests can pre-order for fall planting.

Tulip Town also features a wishing canal, with donations supporting the local nonprofit Children of the Valley, which provides educational programs, mentorship, and growth opportunities for Skagit Valley children and families.

Leashed dogs are welcome at no additional charge, making the experience pet-friendly for the whole family.

Tickets for the 2026 season are available at Tulip Town Tickets.

A golf ball found in the World Trade Center rubble became a symbol of incomprehensible loss

A little white object poking out of the gray ash caught my attention. Scuffed and dirty, it was unmistakably a […]
