Emma Liudahl was found, and the AMBER Alert has been canceled. A spokesperson from West Richland Police said that Liudahl was found in Seattle, near the Space Needle.

According to West Richland Police Commander Mitchell Coates, the department is working with King County law enforcement to return Liudahl to her family. He also said that Roger Perez-Osorio is being interviewed by the King County Sheriff’s Department but did not say if Perez-Osorio is being charged with any crimes.

“This successful outcome is the result of a collaborative effort between the West Richland Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigations, King County Law Enforcement agencies, and other local law-enforcement agencies, exemplifying the effectiveness of interagency cooperation in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our community members,” Coates said in a statement.
