An elementary school in Issaquah was in lockdown Wednesday while a bear and her cubs wandered across the front lawn.
Students at Issaquah Valley Elementary were kept indoors for about an hour while police and the Department of Fish and Wildlife, with help from their bear-sniffing dog Mishka cleared the area.
The school posted some video of the bear family’s romp through campus on its Facebook page.
