As summer winds down, OpenTable took a look back at the most booked restaurants in July.
Several longtime Seattle favorites made the list, but a few newer spots also broke through.
Pink Door was the No. 1 most-booked Seattle restaurant in July
The top spot came as no surprise: The Pink Door in Pike Place Market was the No. 1 booked restaurant in Seattle.
Serving local Italian food since 1981, The Pink Door is a Seattle staple that can take weeks in advance to get a reservation.
“Its seafood- and produce-driven menu has been the central theme throughout its wildly popular domain in Seattle’s Pike Place Market,” OpenTable wrote.
Salty’s on Alki Beach
The second most booked restaurant is another summer favorite — Salty’s on Alki Beach.
With spectacular views on Alki Beach, Salty’s is one of the Top 100 Most Scenic Restaurants in America, according to OpenTable.
“Salty’s is renowned for our award-winning fresh seasonal seafood, Pacific Northwest Coastal cuisine, playful atmosphere, and uncommonly genuine service,” OpenTable’s website stated.
The restaurant was established in 1980 and is independent, family-owned and operated, and woman-owned.
Umi Sake House
Umi Sake House, a Japanese restaurant in Belltown, took the third spot.
Known for its high-quality seafood, Umi Sake House features an izakaya-style tapas menu and a sake list of more than 60 imported Japanese bottles.
“The variety of atmospheres allows for a different experience with every visit, and the vastness and quality of the menu does the same,” OpenTable stated.
Portage Bay Cafe in South Lake Union
The fourth most booked restaurant was Portage Bay Cafe in South Lake Union.
Portage Bay offers a delicious brunch including Bananas Foster French Toast, Crab Cake Benedict, and House-Made Challah French Toast.
The cafe also offers outdoor seating, which is very popular in the summertime.
“Our items are carefully crafted to use the best seasonal and organic ingredients available,” OpenTable’s website stated. “Chef Pedro and his team create monthly specials to further highlight our food-producing partners.”
Carmine’s 5th Ave
Carmine’s 5th Ave is a newer establishment in downtown Seattle but is already quite popular, earning the 5th spot among the most booked restaurants in July.
The owners of Il Terrazzo Carmine, which was 10th on the list, opened the restaurant in the fall of 2025, according to What Now.
Carmine’s 5th Ave is the team’s third restaurant, following Carmine’s in Bellevue.
Rounding out the top 10
Rounding out the rest of the top 10 are Duke’s Seafood on Lake Union, Toulouse Petit Kitchen & Lounge, Lola Seattle, Seattle Rooftop Next Level Lounge by Fogo De Chão, and, as previously mentioned, Il Terrazzo Carmine.
Duke’s Seafood’s scenic views and wild seafood make the perfect pairing for a summer dining experience in Seattle.
Toulouse Petit Kitchen & Lounge centers around the decor and cuisine of the French Quarter in New Orleans, offering an expansive menu from Parisian dishes to the French countryside.
Lola Seattle offers Greek-inspired flavors and is best known for its breakfast, which includes fan-favorite eggs Benedict with house-made English muffins and golden-brown pancakes.
Next Level Lounge by Fogo De Chão opened in 2025 but is already working its way to become a Seattle summer staple. The high-end Brazilian steakhouse opened the lounge on the roof of its restaurant at the corner of University Street and Fourth Avenue, according to Eater Seattle.
Il Terrazzo Carmine took the last spot, but is a known favorite in the city. Opened in 1984 by Carmine Smeraldo, the establishment serves classic Italian cuisine in historic Pioneer Square.
