Burke-Gilman Trail repaved in Kenmore possibly causing slowdowns for cyclists

In Kenmore, King County Parks and Recreation has announced they will be making trail repairs between 47th Ave NE and 61st Ave NE on the Burke-Gilman trail.

Repairs are set to start Monday, June 13 and are scheduled to continue until June 24.

Seattle loses battle over Burke-Gilman Trail’s ‘missing link’ as project funds sunset

A detour will be put in place between the repair areas, and slower speeds are likely for cyclists and pedestrians until repaving is completed.
