A convicted felon with a long record is now charged with
posing as a cop and raping a woman in North Seattle.
Investigators say 31-year-old Michael Seville Lewis was
dressed as a cop when approached a 26-year-old woman on
Aurora Avenue North in Seattle earlier this month.
He allegedly accused her of being a prostitute and showed
her a fake badge. Police say he pulled her into a secluded
area and raped her twice.
Lewis’ long criminal history includes felony convictions for
cocaine possession, unlawful firearm possession and second-
degree robbery. He also has convictions for violating a no-
contact order, criminal trespass, malicious mischief, hit
and run, and eight convictions for driving with a suspended
license, the Seattle PI reports.
