The Crime Blotter: Series of Seattle shootings with 1 dead and 3 injured

Saturday at 9:45 a.m., a 911 caller near 5th Avenue and Union Street reported someone had just been shot.

Officers at the scene found a 35-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his back.

Police began first aid and brought him to Harborview medical for treatment.

Investigators found the scene of the shooting in a nearby alley where they were able to collect ballistic evidence.

At 6:03 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to shots fired at the 3000 block of South Bradford Street.

When they arrived, they found two victims, one of whom was declared dead at the scene, and the other was brought to Harborview Medical in critical condition.

Witnesses provided varying information about suspects leaving the scene as police continue investigating those accounts.

Homicide detectives are continuing to investigate the crime.

Man shot in leg after verbal dispute

Sunday at 4:38 a.m., a man reported he had been shot at the 8300 block of Wabash Avenue S.

Officers found the 23-year-old man who had been shot in the leg, where medical staff treated him at the scene and brought him to Harborview Medical.

According to the victim, he had argued with three suspects before one of them shot him. Officers located a shooting scene at the entryway of a nearby residence.

Man found dead from assault in North Seattle

Detectives are investigating a man who was found dead in North Seattle Sunday evening.

He was found dead inside a home in the Licton Springs neighborhood.

Reports came in around 10:26 p.m. to the Seattle Police Department of a possible overdose at the 12200 block of Aurora Avenue N.

Further investigation showed that the 33-year-old man had injuries that lined up with being assaulted, and was declared dead at the scene.

Homicide detectives are still working to investigate.

Triple shooting in Kent leaves one man dead

A triple shoot occurred at an apartment complex in Kent Sunday night around 8:45 p.m.

Officers responded to reports of gunshots at the Irwin apartments at the 25000 block of 110th Avenue Southeast.

When officers arrived, they found three 23-year-old men had been shot in their apartment.

Officers provided first-aid before medics arrived on the scene and transported them to Harborview Medical Center.

One of the men died, while the other two remain in critical condition.

According to police, the men were all inside the apartment preparing dinner when multiple gunshots were heard, striking the apartment and the men inside.

There is no suspect information at this time.
