Deputies investigate fatal stabbing at Motel 6 near Everett

Deputies with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department are investigating a fatal stabbing.

According to deputies, a man’s body was located around 2 a.m. Friday at a Motel 6 located at 224 128th Street SW — about one mile northeast of Stickney Lake.

Deputies said two subjects have been detained and detectives are working to determine if they were involved.

Adult male in custody after assaulting a MC driver on 164th St. in Lynnwood. Deputies responded to the scene and pursued the suspect on foot. Subj got into a physical altercation with deputies before being taken into custody. Victim transported by aid w/ serious injuries.
