Former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch took out an ad in Sunday’s Seattle Times thanking the fans and owner Paul Allen.

The Seahawks traded Marshawn Lynch, who had been retired for more than a year, to his hometown Oakland Raiders on Wednesday.
The Raiders will pay Lynch a $3 million base, with a chance to make $2 million more if he gains 1,000 yards. The maximum value of the contract is $8.5 million.
