Flu season is here.
Health officials says there has been increased activity in reported flu cases, which is typical of the beginning of the season.
If you haven’t received your vaccine yet, it’s not too late.
“Lots of illness to come. If you haven’t gotten protected through vaccination yet, you can still get some benefit,” said Jeff Duchin, Director of Communicable Diseases at Public Health – Seattle & King County.
You can expect increasing amounts of people coming down with the illness for the next 6-8 weeks, peaking at the end of January.
