The father of missing Portland boy Kyron Horman wants to delay divorce proceedings against the child’s stepmother, Terri Horman.
Kaine Horman field for divorce a month after his son went missing in 2010, partly because he believes Terri Horman had something to do with it.
He now wants to delay the proceedings because he’s concerned they could jeopardize the criminal investigation into Kyron’s disappearance.
According to The Oregonian, he’s also worried Terri could get visitation with their other child, a 4-year-old girl, once the divorce is finalized.
Kyron Horman’s disappearance after a school science fair June 4, 2010 prompted the largest search effort ever in Oregon.
