Mariners sell more than 18,000 grasshoppers during first three home games

Mariners fans have been quite adventurous this season when it comes to eating at Safeco Field.

One of the most popular items this season has been the toasted grasshoppers, which has sold out at all three home games. That’s 901 orders and more than 18,000 grasshoppers.

Starting with Friday night’s game, Safeco Field is limiting orders to 312 per game.
