NB I-5 in Tumwater closed by fuel spill

All lanes of northbound I-5 are closed in Tumwater because of a fuel spill caused by a disabled semi.
The fuel spill occurred near US 101 at about 4:15 a.m.
Traffic is being detoured via northbound US 101 and then back onto I-5.
The Department of Ecology has been called to the scene and a cleanup is in progress.
