Commercial building fire in Northlake quickly brought under control

A commercial building fire in Northlake prompted a response from the Seattle Fire Department (SFD) on Monday morning.
At approximately 10 a.m., reports of a fire came from the 2300 block of N. Pacific Street near Gas Works Park, SFD announced.
Crews are responding to reports of a fire in a commercial building in the 2300 block of N. Pacific St. Please avoid the area.

Minutes later, firefighters were reportedly on the scene and battling the fire.
Crews worked to put water on the fire and search the building for any occupants.
At 10:12 a.m., SFD announced that the fire was under control and its primary search of the building was all clear.
