One person dead after two separate shootings in Seattle

One person is dead after two separate shootings in Seattle early Sunday morning.

Officers arrived to a club in the 2200 block of First Ave after a report of a fight. They found a man with a gunshot wound to the face lying in a parking lot.

Seattle Fire took the man to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.

Officers learned from witnesses that there was a fight at a nearby club that spilled out into the parking lot. “They said that two people pulled out guns and started firing at each other, striking cars and hitting at least one person,” according to the Seattle Police Blotter.

A 45-year-old man was dropped off at Harborview with injuries. He has since died. Police say he was involved in a separate incident.
