One person was hurt and taken to hospital following a hit-and-run in North Seattle Monday afternoon, according to police. Seattle police and fire crew confirmed that a black Range Rover SUV collided with a parked vehicle and a bystander was struck. The bystander was a 44-year-old man, who was a construction worker on a job site. He was taken to hospital in stable condition, and the driver of the Range Rover ran off.
