Political activist files petition to oust Aaron Reardon

Less than a week after the Island County Prosecutor declined
to file criminal charges against Snohomish County Executive
Aaron Reardon for misuse of public funds, a Gold Bar
political blogger has filed a petition to recall him.
Anne Block, who runs the website GoldBarReporter.org, submitted the petition
to the Snohomish County Auditor’s Office on Friday, July 15.
She accuses Reardon of using county resources for his
political campaign.
A Superior Court judge will now have to determine whether
the petition has merit.
