Weekend forecast turns from snow/rain mix to dry, sunny skies

Some areas across the Puget Sound region might see a light dusting of snow or snow/rain mix on Saturday as a cold system moves across the region. The snow level remains at 500 feet or below.
However, forecasters say the chances of snow will taper off as the day progresses. Some sunshine will emerge but temperatures will remain in the low to mid 40s.
The cold temps will give way to dry and sunny conditions. By the end of the week, forecasters say we might even see temperatures warm up to the low 60s. The downside of warmer air is a higher pollen count. Tree pollen levels are already high, making it a tough go for allergy sufferers.
