The second and third suspects in the downtown Seattle shooting were arrested in Las Vegas on Saturday, according to Seattle police.

The first suspect 21-year-old Jamel Jackson, was arrested at Harborview Medical Center on Jan. 22 — the night of the shooting at Third and Pine. His bail was set at $50,000.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said that Marquise Tolbert and William Tolliver were arrested together just before 11 a.m. near the Rio Hotel. They were taken into custody without incident and booked into jail in Clark County, Nevada.

Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best thanked the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and U.S Marshalls for their work in the investigation. She shared very little detail about how the men were discovered in Las Vegas.

“Our detectives worked tirelessly, collaborating with local and federal law enforcement partners to track the fugitives to Las Vegas earlier today,” Best tweeted on Saturday after holding a press conference.

Arrest records reveal both Tolbert and Tolliver are documented gang members with extensive criminal histories. Tolliver has previously been arrested 44 times with 20 convictions, for offenses including unlawful possession of a firearm, theft, malicious mischief, and assault. Tolbert, 24, has been arrested 21 times with 15 convictions, including robbery, possession of a stolen vehicle, discharging a firearm in a public place, theft, and harassment.

Tolliver, 24, has one conviction for a Class C felony, while Tolbert has two for a Class B felony, and one other for a Class C. A Class B felony typically comes with a prison term up 10 years, while Class C is punishable up to five years.

Police named Tolbert and Tolliver suspects the day after the shooting, which left one woman dead and seven other people injured.

The Seattle Times reports most people injured in the shooting, including a 9-year-old boy, have been released from the hospital. A 55-year-old woman remains in intensive care at Harborview.
