Travelers passing through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport will soon have more coffee, shopping, and convenience stores to visit.

The Port of Seattle announced the selection of 11 concessionaires that will operate 17 new dining and retail locations at SEA.

The new businesses were chosen through a competitive bidding process that centered around six criteria:

  • Experience and financial capability
  • Concept development and customer experience
  • Design and materials
  • Financial offer
  • Management and operations
  • Workforce development

Some construction projects are scheduled to begin in 2027.

According to the Port, the new lineup is designed to showcase the Pacific Northwest experience through locally inspired retail concepts and coffee brands that reflect the region’s renowned coffee culture and diverse roasting styles.

New coffee and dining concepts

Several new coffee-focused businesses will open throughout the airport, including:

  • Anchorhead Coffee Co.
  • Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
  • The Flora Bakehouse
  • The Café Hagen Hall

Specialty retail additions

Passengers will also find a variety of new specialty retail options, including:

  • Chalo
  • Gameway, a gaming lounge concept
  • Tom Ford / Jo Malone / M.A.C
  • Tender Loving Empire
  • Johnston & Murphy

New convenience and travel stores

Additional retail offerings planned for SEA include:

  • Ballard Harbor Co.
  • PNW Travel Right
  • Rainier Outfitters
  • Queen Anne Hill
  • Pioneer Square Underground
  • Rainy Day Market
  • SODO Supply
  • Love, Seattle

The Port noted that several selected operators qualified under its Small Business Enterprise program, supporting opportunities for smaller, locally focused businesses.

Officials said the Airport Dining & Retail program is designed to provide travelers with a mix of national brands and Pacific Northwest favorites while promoting job growth and expanding opportunities for small, local, and disadvantaged businesses.
