Seattle police arrested a man suspected of peeping into two women’s apartment window early Monday morning.
Police say the man scaled a wall and climbed onto a third-floor balcony of an apartment building at Seattle University (12th Avenue and E. Cherry Street).
A woman and her roommate called police when they heard noises outside a bedroom window. When they asked the man what he was doing, he said he was looking for someone.
A Seattle Fire Department ladder truck was called to the scene when the man refused to come down from the balcony.
The suspect told officers some “party poopers” told him to scale the building walls and masturbate. Police say he was spotted pacing outside the apartment building about four house beforehand.
The man was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of voyeurism.
