Seattle police suspect Garrett Shipley of robbing two different people of their cell phone at gunpoint on July 3. Police say that Shipley would approach a person, say he had an emergency, and ask to use their cell phone. He then would flee with the phone in a grey 2002 Dodge Stratus.

Anyone with information about Shipley can contact Seattle detectives at 206-684-5535.
