Police are on the hunt for a man suspected of robbing people of their cell phones in Seattle’s Capitol Hill and Fremont neighborhoods.

Seattle police suspect Garrett Shipley of robbing two different people of their cell phone at gunpoint on July 3. Police say that Shipley would approach a person, say he had an emergency, and ask to use their cell phone. He then would flee with the phone in a grey 2002 Dodge Stratus.

Anyone with information about Shipley can contact Seattle detectives at 206-684-5535.
